Love them! Comfortable from day one, no break-in necessary. Light weight soles, great for everyday wear. I bought them to work in but now I want to wear them all the time. True to size, I ordered a half size up so I could wear thick wool socks with them in the winter and they’re perfect. When wearing normal socks the heel can feel a little loose but I anticipated that. I LOVE these boots - It's the second pair I own because they are super comfy and really pretty. I get a lot of compliments about them My only regret is that I can't wear them when it's raining because the sole is flat and therefore too slippery if the ground is wet. I almost fell down many times and fell down a couple of times because the boots were slippery. Beside this, they are awesome. Read more

These are my first non-lace up boots. I normally wear a 9 1/2 or 10. I spent many, many months trying to decide between a 9 and a 9 1/2 after trying some on in the store. The 9 was too tight but the 9 1/2 was too loose in the heel. Thanks to prime day I was forced to make a decision and I bought the 9 1/2. They arrived and felt really tight as I pulled them on. I checked the box and it said 9 1/2 then I checked the boots and they were a 9. I now think the Boot Gods were looking out for me. Once I get these boots stretched out and worn in (the tags on the side of my leg also rub so long socks until they soften up) they are going to be perfect. They are tight right now but with some warm steam they stretched enough to show me how great they will be in a few weeks. I think the heel in the 9 1/2 would have eventually driven me crazy and the boots would have become too big as they stretched with wear. I do a lot of walking in my boots and i can just imagine the blisters that would have turned up with the boot slippage. The boots themselves are very nice. A little lighter than the picture but a lovely simple, understated design. Read more

Super comfy and no break in period needed! They ride like a dream from the first step! I have been wearing them now for 2 months and they are light weight my feet feel supported and so far the durability is great. This was my first pair of Ariat Fatbabys. I'm not really a Western Wear kind of person but I really like the shape of the rounded toe on these boots and the fact that they have great tread on the bottom. The all black is versatile and can be worn with leggings or jeans. I always buy my boots a whole size bigger to allow for a gel heel insert and for thick wooly socks. These Boots definitely stretched out a bit more than other boots I own but I still love them! They are so easy just to slip on and I have been wearing them everywhere. They are very comfortable. My advice would be if you are on the fence about ordering the wide size.....don't. These Boots are very roomy and comfortable in just the normal sizes and they do tend to stretch a bit as you wear them. I would ( and probably will) purchase Ariat Fatbabys again. Read more
