I love these, use them all the time. I used to neti pot quite frequently. But it’s a huge bother and even though I would love to do it, taking the time to boil the water and whatever I have to do in order to perform the ritual is just quite a bit of work. this, on the other hand, can be done anytime I want easily. If I feel like I just need a little bit of irrigation in my nostrils, I can go ahead and shoot it up there and kind of snort it back and it clears up my sinuses greatly. Used this to clean my bridge piercing. Each bottle lasted for 3 days and I sprayed it for 30-40 seconds per day. The first bottle had a misty spray that was easy to aim. The second bottle was a little janky and the spray was too strong and shot in multiple directions. This helped to start healing a blood blister on my piercing. It started out an angry red and after 6 days of use it’s much smaller and no longer discolored or painful. I wish each bottle lasted longer and the sprays were more consistent. Healing power is good.
