perfect when doing puzzles
The edge around the desk that I use to do puzzles was always digging into my wrists, forearms and elbows. These arms rests solved the problem...they are actually very comfortable! My only complaint is that when I move my arms sometimes the pads move too. I think if the part that hangs over the side were a little longer they wouldn't move out of place as easy. This may not be an issue if you're using them just when doing computer work as you woudn't be moving your arms the way I do when working on a puzzle. Read more

Good but falls off for me.
This is a good solution though not ideal for my needs. This keeps my forearm from being creased by the edge of my desk, but the part that extends often causes it to fall to the ground. I'm not yet ready to glue it down so I'll keep using it. The bottom does not skid, it falls off when I forget and lean my arm too far. Read more

Comfortable
This has helped me so much. I work at my computer daily, I recently had surgery on my spine and have nerve damage. It was hard trying to work with my arms resting on the desk itself.
