This sling is a 1000 times better than the one they gave me in the recovery room at the hospital. I ordered it too large (my fault). I got in touch with their customer service. This sling is better than and cheaper than the crappy sling my surgeon gave me! The one my surgeon put me in scratches my neck and is super flimsy. This sling is soft, has the pocket for your phone so you always know where it is and the adjustable straps make for an easy and comfortable fit.
