This sling is a 1000 times better than the one they gave me in the recovery room at the hospital. I ordered it too large (my fault). I got in touch with their customer service. I've never seen such great service for a product. I sent an email that it was too large. They got back to me in a half hour. They shipped me the right size, and it came quickly-no question asked. I had complete shoulder reconstruction, and the support of this sling takes all the tension off the shoulder. It also immobilizes the shoulder for recovery. This sling is better than and cheaper than the crappy sling my surgeon gave me! The one my surgeon put me in scratches my neck and is super flimsy. This sling is soft, has the pocket for your phone so you always know where it is and the adjustable straps make for an easy and comfortable fit. Great support and fairly easy to use (but if you are having shoulder surgery you'll still need someone else to put it on you) but it's still relatively easy to use. Read more
Delivered in about 2 days. Fits just right. Am very happy with it. It says it comes with tape resistance bandprivate training and instructions on how to tape your shoulders. Nothing waa included. Only the sling was in the pkg. Read more

Best sling ever. Thank goodness! My mother is 84 and had a bad fall. She broke not only her shoulder, but also her wrist. They gave her one from the ER that was terrible. Then she had another one from the orthopedic specialist that was absolutely horrible and huge but cost insurance a fortune. Making it very hard for anyone to get on or off or even moving around with. Absolutely the most comfortable arm sling I’ve ever used. After my second rotator cuff surgery I decided not to use the supplied sling. This was an easy decision. I ordered a large and it was too big for me. I followed the included instructions and in two days had a new medium size. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
