This sling is a 1000 times better than the one they gave me in the recovery room at the hospital. I ordered it too large (my fault). I got in touch with their customer service. I've never seen such great service for a product. I sent an email that it was too large. They got back to me in a half hour. They shipped me the right size, and it came quickly-no question asked. I had complete shoulder reconstruction, and the support of this sling takes all the tension off the shoulder. It also immobilizes the shoulder for recovery.
