This Comforband sling is excellent and I highly recommend it. PROS: --It is easy to adjust for right or left arm use. --EASY to put on by yourself. --Substantial Velcro fastening for a perfect fit. --Very comfortably cradles your arm (and hand)...the sizing chart is accurate. --Could be pretty quick-drying if used for a shower. Note that this is a sling only, and NOT an immobilizer sling which would keep your arm next to your body with an additional strap. Comforband does make a sling for that purpose. The price is very reasonable for a well-crafted, comfortable medical aid. Read more

This Comforband Arm Sling is truly an outstanding product and a massive improvement over standard slings. After my hairline fracture, the most important thing was support and comfort, and this sling delivers on both. The material is wonderfully lightweight and breathable, which prevents the frustrating sweat and heat buildup that makes wearing a sling all day unbearable. It features an easily adjustable shoulder strap with generous padding that never digs into the neck, allowing for a comfortable custom fit regardless of your body type. The thoughtful details, like the securing thumb loop and the handy storage pockets, really elevate it from a simple medical device to an indispensable part of a comfortable recovery. If you need reliable, all-day support, choose this one. Five stars for comfort and quality! Read more

I found this sling perfect for my needs. It’s lightweight and cool. The pad around the wrist is very comfortable and you’ve got two choices for thumb placement. The pouch inside is too small for my phone, but it’s perfect for my earbuds. The strap is very adjustable so you can have your arm at a right angle or slightly less bent. The neck pad has Velcro on it so it stays in place. It doesn’t seem to put pressure on my elbow, which is a good thing because that was injured too along with my shoulder. And I can actually read my watch through the wrist mesh. Read more

Well made and supports but does not immobilize arm and shoulder. One size does not fit all. Forearm length a little too short for me and I’m only 5’7”. Easy yo use and well ventilated. Definitely not for immobilization. Read more

I’ve used other slings in the past, but they usually end up causing neck pain. However, this sling was incredibly comfortable. It has a small thumb slit to prevent it from sliding off your arm. Additionally, it features a well-padded strap that’s adjustable with Velcro to ensure it stays in place when you don’t want it to. I’m 6 feet 1 inch and 225 pounds, and the sling fit me perfectly. It was highly adjustable, so I believe it would suit anyone. The Velcro quality held well. There was a time when it was slipping around too much, but it was actually upside down. Once I flipped it to the right direction, it worked just fine. I’ve been trying to let my arm muscles heal naturally. I tore a serious muscle or ligament, and it took months for it to heal. I wore this sling for less than a week, without even wearing it consistently. I actually wore it off and on, and I can’t recall if it was a week or two weeks, but my arm healed quickly and I can use it again. Read more

I use this whenever my tennis elbow flares up to give it a break. It provides rest from overusage of my arm which in turn aggravates my elbow. The craftsmanship is good. It's well made and sturdy and gives my elbow relief. I think it will last a long time with proper usage. Will repurchase when needed. Read more
