The plastic that this bottle is harder than most eye drop bottles. That said, makes it difficult for seniors, and disabled people to use. I wasted about 5 drops trying to make bottle pliable to be able to use. (I used a rubber gripper to get it to work). After this, I was able to get one drop in each eye which did relieve the burning, itchiness out of my eyes. It didn't quite last for the 12 hours that it states, either. It lasted a total of 9.5 hours. I consider that "reasonable" functionality for the price. Read more
