Aromasong's magnesium flakes is great for a nighttime routine. I was initially looking for a gentle Epsom salt alternative for sensitive skin, and these Dead Sea salt flakes have been much more soothing without causing any redness or irritation. What I love most is how quickly they dissolve, unlike some chunky bath salts that leave the bottom of the tub feeling like a gravel pit, these melt away almost instantly into the warm water. I’ve noticed a genuine difference in how much more relaxed things are before bed with a 15-minute soak. It really seems to take the edge off that pent-up daily energy and helps drift off much faster once the head hits the pillow. The 3 LB resealable bag is sturdy and actually stays shut, which is a small but huge detail when you’re trying to prevent a cabinet full of spilled salt. It’s a simple, natural detox routine that feels like a spa treatment. The price point seems to be a little on the higher end, but not crazy.
