This is an excellent little kit which has a wide variety of brushes and dotting tools that I use in my acrylic paint by number kits. The dotting tools will last forever, the brushes depend on how much painting I am doing and how rough the gesso prep is on the canvas. It’s really hard to paint fine lines and small sections with regular paint brushes. I have found the really thin long nail design brushes are excellent for this.
