Doesn't work on Switch even when following directions exactly

We tried to get this to work on Switch with multiple keyboards, multiple mice, multiple cables. It doesn't work. We used a Nintendo wired switch controller just as the instructions say. We powered it with a USB-C adapter just as the instructions say. We plugged in everything in the order listed in the instructions. The white light turns on, the red light turns on, but the green mouse light does not turn on. None of the connected devices work (mouse, keyboard, or Switch controller). We independently verified that all the devices work when plugged in to the Switch or laptops independently. I work in game development as a technology director so I have some experience with this stuff. Read more
