For preliminary EMS work, this bag is great option to pick. While I do have some negatives, they are very minor. The shoulder strap did snap after a few months, which is somewhat a bother but no issue as the bag has built in hand straps as well. The organizer is designed to be a drop in Velcro attachment, which allows for small items like 2x2 gauze and glucose tubes to slip underneath. However, the volume of this bag is perfect in packing everything you’d need to be prepared for a variety of emergencies. I use the side pockets as dedicated bleeding and airway materials, being able to fit an ambu bag, oxygen tubing, and super glottic airways all in a single side pocket. It makes storage easy and things do fit as long as you’re smart with packing. It’s held up well after nearly a year. Read more

A nice mid sized Medical supply bag. It is very attractive , Zippers were easy to use, IT is made of a heavy canvas material. It fit all the boxes and was just what I was looking for at home and traveling in the RV use. To have all meds, devices and any other thing we might need medically in one place rather than having to look in a dozen places to even find a bandaid. It was a good price for the quality. Read more

A great EMT bag! I have used many different styles and designs over the years. This bag is the best designed because it has adjustable compartments and see through side pockets. It is made with very durable quality material with strong sewn seams. I bought it to use as a trauma kit to keep in my Jeep for self-rescue, bug-out medical kit, and to help others who are injured or sick. I could fit lots of everything in it without having to search the bag to find what I need. It is not an oversized bag, it is not huge, it is between a large and a medium bag. I highly recommend. This is an amazing product. I have used this bag to store my roadside emergency/trauma kit for over a year and a half. I have had no issues with keeping this in my vehicle and trusting that it will show up when I need it. Some perks of this product are: - Plenty of storage space - Larger separated side pockets - All pockets are secured by zippers - High quality carrying strap - Separated clear pouches inside side pockets for easy view of what's stored Some of the downsides are: - Not much versatile organization - Small pockets inside the main compartment - Only Velcro attached foam dividers are present with small pockets in front - No Molle mounting on the exterior of the bag. Preventing adding additional equipment easily. Overall, this is a product I rely on and I trust it in terms of quality of production. I wish there was more modular options and the ability to add your own pouches on the exterior using some kind of Molle attachment. Read more

The large compartments inside the large bag is just wounderful. It fits all my items without crushing the items. The side pockets are large enough to fit about anything. The inside top part can be used for small vials of medication. Job well done. Read more

I don’t trust reviews like "It was a gift for my daughter-in-law and she loved it." No she didn't. And yet, here I am. This was a gift to my son, an EMT. He was over the moon as he has wanted his own jump kit. This is well sewn, the zippers work well and it has a soft insert that is customizable compartments. He loves the size and says that it is just like the one he used at his last professional job in a major US city. If you are just a dad who wants bandaids for the kids, get a prepacked kit. If you truly want to be prepared, I suggest getting this bag and fill it with the items you will need for big emergencies. I was an RN. My son is a big city EMT. We like this bag. Read more
