Great value, great rice
We recently switched to black rice because i found myself consistently hungry when eating white rice. This brand's rive is great, it's not noticeably more great than other brands, but this is the largest bag of black rice we've consistently found. Black rice cooks just like rice but has a richer, nuttier flavor. Cook it in bouillon/ broth for even better results. Read more

How to cook...
This rice tastes great and is very healthy because of carotenoids which help the cells in the retina and prevent blindness. This is a non GMO rice. Golden rice, a GMO, was created with the idea of increasing carotenoids to prevent blindness. Using a multicooker for each cup of rice I put two cups of filtered water. I use the pressure cooker for 20 minutes. The rice comes out perfect. Read more
