Absolutely worth it! I just picked up running as my daily work out. These help with my knee pain and feel light as a feather! They feel like your walking on a bouncy cloud. If your starting out with walks and runs I'd definitely recommend these. I wouldn't recommend using them as your daily shoes however, the foam is not durable enough to be worn day to day. As you can see my left shoe has a bit of foam that got damaged and sticks out a bit because I was using them like normal shoes. They're extremely comfortable.
