ASICS Mens Solution Speed FlyteFoam 3

This review is for the ASICS Men’s Solution Speed FF 3 tennis shoes, and they’ve been my go-to pair for a long time—for good reason. These shoes are lightweight, supportive, and surprisingly durable, especially given how light they feel on court. I love the overall fit, the style, and how well they move with my feet during fast points. They’re comfortable right out of the box and have consistently held up through regular play. Now for the one con—written in the name of honesty and a little humor: These shoes are not Great Dane–puppy proof. If your 100+ pound, six-month-old Great Dane manages to grab one, you’d better be quick. Letting him keep it for more than a few seconds may result in... “custom ventilation.” So yes, durable for tennis—not durable for giant puppy jaws. The FF3 is the most comfortable and lightest pickleball shoe I have worn. I was concerned that I would have to sacrifice stability and traction for these benefits….but not the case at all. The shoe provides fantastic ankle stability and allows me to make changes in direction smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend it. Also, as a bonus, it is a very sharp looking shoe as well. I was also concern the toe box might be a little narrow. While it is initially, it breaks in well and with minor stretching is comfortable in the toe box as well. Read more

Best tennis shoe I have ever owned. Hands down. Not even close. They are comfortable, with a soft tongue. You can actually wear them off the court and not feel that awkward duck walk. On the court, easy direction change, solid foot support and durability. They are light weight, fit great, beautiful color. Just bought a second pair before they go out of stock. Read more

Good pickleball shoes mean you don’t think about your shoes when you’re playing pickleball. These shoes are almost perfect on that regard—great stability and arch support, and they look good, too! The only con is the toe box is a bit squeezy. Otherwise, great! Read more

Bought the men's version. Great tennis court shoes. Good low profile, solid base and traction that grips the hard court. Enough cushioning to absorb shock and make the shoes very comfortable. These are NOT great "everyday" sneakers, like some of the walking and running shoes by Asics. They lack that pillow effect you find in some of those shoes. As an avid tennis player, I would recommend these as a go-to court shoe. I only use them on the court, and the wear has been very minimal. Read more
