I play a lot of tennis, and these are very good tennis shoes--nice fit, long lasting, light, comfortable. I just bought a second pair for when the current ones wear out. Read more
I have only used on the outside asphalt courts with nice surfaces made for pickleball. I had used walking shoes before and now with these shoes it seems like I am little lower to the ground and hugs the court more in my moves. With pickleball it is a very fast reactive game. I learned about FF type shoes and this seems to fit that category for court play. I'm going to try next the indoor court at the Y this week I suspect these shoes will be able to allow me to cut around the court which I need. The shoes look great too! Read more
The ASICS Men's Solution Swift FlyteFoam tennis shoes are like stepping into pure speed! These kicks are lightweight yet super supportive, making every step on the court feel quick and responsive. 🏃♂️💨 The FlyteFoam technology is no joke—it's got just the right amount of bounce to keep me light on my feet while giving me the stability I need for those quick side-to-side movements. Plus, the sleek design has me feeling like I’m ready for the pros, even if I’m just serving up fun. If you’re looking for tennis shoes that deliver speed and comfort with every step, these are game-changers! Read more
Lightweight and stable. They are comfortable but lacks some cushioning if you are an aggressive mover. Good traction and durability. Read more
I’ve always hated the clunky heel all manufacturers are now putting on sneakers. These do not have that and are very comfortable and fit true to size Read more
Update- shoes rub on heel causing discomfort, heel cup is hard as steel without enough cushion. Typical for Asics shoes, they’re extremely narrow (really only for foot size width A), even though I have a narrow foot. I had to size up many levels so middle of shoe would feel ok, but now the toe box is too large. The nice, masculine colors were too-soon out of stock. Good that shoe was lighter and sole more flexible – better for serve & volley. Read more
While it is a great lightweight supportive and"speedy" tennis sneaker it is inferior to the prior version known as the "Court Speed FF" in that the upper on the "solution swift FF" is all plastic silicone-like mesh, particularly over the toes. I have not tested it in extreme outdoor summer heat, but this synthetic mesh appears to breath adequately so I still rate the shoe "5 stars," eventhough I prefer the Court Speed's cloth mesh. I have not worn this shoe enough yet to rate its long-term durability. I will update review it's durability becomes an issue. Asics tennis sneakers often run ever so slightly narrow compared to other brands, particularly in their light weight speedy models. I don't expect that to be an issue with someone who is comfortable in a medium width, but if a "medium" shoe is already a little too narrow for you, then a good chance that these may not fit.
