Expensive and junky

My husband is a high level quadriplegic with no use of his hands. This device is the only way he can use a tablet or computer. We have been through many, many pairs of these glasses, some on our dime, and some purchased by the VA as my husband is a veteran. When these glasses work, they work well. Unfortunately, they don’t work well for long. The side pieces break too easily, and we’ve had to tape them to hold them in place. The bite switches stop working after a few months. And apparently at some point, the battery doesn’t charge anymore and they stop working. the company has no US tech support. I once had a conversation via WhatsApp with China. I don’t know if there’s anything better, but this company could make these better and more durable. Read more
