I had Asurion 3 yr plan on my Oster blender. It began leaking oil out of the bottom. I notified Asurion, packed it up and sent it UPS. As soon as UPS shipped it I received the original price of it in a gift on Amazon so I could purchase a better blender. Amazing! I need the blender for my protein smoothie every morning so it will get a lot of use! I also received a gift card on my new Asurion insurance on my newly purchased blender.
