I had Asurion 3 yr plan on my Oster blender. It began leaking oil out of the bottom. I notified Asurion, packed it up and sent it UPS. As soon as UPS shipped it I received the original price of it in a gift on Amazon so I could purchase a better blender. Amazing! I need the blender for my protein smoothie every morning so it will get a lot of use! I also received a gift card on my new Asurion insurance on my newly purchased blender. Read the directions and you will find this to be a pretty good for home use slicer. Easy to operate, easy to clean and store. Just what we needed for our smoked meats and holiday hams. Holds still on the counter, guides the meat, thickness is adjustable, it works well for the money. Read more
