Scam! Don’t buy. I want my money back.
Rip off. Don’t waste your money. This does nothing. They make you go to manufacturers and have manufacturer deal with whatever theme warranty is. This is a scam. I want a return on this “service”. If I could give it a negative 20 I would. No stars. Read more
Quick resolution once you can get though to them
I started my claim by going to their website and filling out the info that they wanted. Not excessive by any means. After I uploaded a photo of the warranted item, I pressed Next and the system threw me out. So I tried the Claims phone number. It seemed to repeat every question even after I answered the question. Finally it too cut me off. So I tried the online process again and this time, it went very smooth. At the end, it asked me to check my email for a determination. To my surprise, the determination was made almost instantaneously. Never had such an experience. So I will say that after the initial burps, the system worked very well. Read more
Hassle-Free Return Process
I'm so glad I decided to spend the extra bucks for this Asurion warranty. My headphones were great until a little ways into using them the tip broke off the plug-in jack! I was bummed out, but then I remembered I had the Asurion warranty still in place, so I was covered. I thought it might be a big pain in the butt to get it done, but it turns out that the process was quick and easy and hassle-free! I highly recommend Asurion warranties, especially if you use your accessories a lot and need them for crucial artistic functions. Read more
