I started my claim by going to their website and filling out the info that they wanted. Not excessive by any means. After I uploaded a photo of the warranted item, I pressed Next and the system threw me out. So I tried the Claims phone number. It seemed to repeat every question even after I answered the question. Finally it too cut me off. So I tried the online process again and this time, it went very smooth. At the end, it asked me to check my email for a determination.
