I never received my package, reported this to Amazon and the seller. They will not give a refund because it was signed but the person that signed for my package didn't even spell my name right. It cuts the pain way down and smells heavenly. Anyone who has used menthol products will be very pleased with this upgrade. That said, the active ingredient chili peppers. It's very effective, but starts absorbing immediately. If your plan is to rub some of this product into your joints with bare hands and thoroughly wash your hands after, you will still have some on your hands for hours, it's too late. If you then start putting moisturizer on your face using your hands, or getting your breakfast ready, guess what? Anywhere you touched will burn after this product starts working. I've even had it on my lips from eating food after washing my hands. Wear gloves until you know. If you go running/do cardio with this product on, or even take a warm shower, it will heat up rapidly, even hours later. That is the joy of the product - it's long-lasting, and is perfect for long-distance running/biking - but it really sticks around. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I read from someone before I ordered it that the jar was 1/2 full when they got it. I decided to order it anyway, because I had used some of someone else’s and to see for myself. I looked hard at the advertised pics of the product that shows the cream whipped to the top, before I ordered also. I said ,” Maybe it was just that jar of their’s that wasn’t full.” Well it’s whipped but not to the top as shown in the pics! It looks more than 1/2 full, but again there’s room left for questioning if it’s REALLY 7oz as advertised. Soo I’m not impressed, for the amount of money it cost. I saw a number of other brands with similar ingredients and it makes you wonder about this being overpriced, because of the celebrity endorsement, etc. I did order another less expensive brand, at least 1/2 the price of this one, that got even higher reviews I will compare the two. I only bought this one because, as I said I had used someone else’s And it seemed to help. Now, I’ll compare. BTW, the other brand, of similar ingredients or with magnesium was FULL to the top, see for yourself! Read more

I really had high hopes for this product. I put this cream on my legs for leg cramps that I get at night. I did not feel the warming effect before bed, but instead woke up in the middle of the night feeling like my legs were on fire. Could not wash off my legs fast enough.
