I bought this for a one week trip to Boston in winter and they worked pretty well, it was very frozen and didn't slip, they are true to size even with socks. I found the material on the inside not as good as a whished but they were comfortable, cozy and lightweight. They also look good if you like the style. A bit pricey for the quality though. Read more

That said… if you have a wider foot, these are not the shoes for you. They’re great, SUPER warm, soft, comfortable. Been on and off my feet all day and they’re wonderful. But I have a narrow foot. They are not snug on me, but they are right at the level where I can tell this would be uncomfortable for wide feet. I can’t speak to durability yet because I’ve only worn them twice - all day, to work, in the city - and they look brand new still. Read more

I really wanted the ugg platform boots but could not get myself to pay their price. I did go and try them on and noticed that the traction on the Ugg boots are little to none. THESE however have amazing traction! Look just like the picture. They are snug and tight on your feet and fit true to size, although if you’re wanting to wear thick socks with them id suggest going up 1/2 in size. Pro: came packaged nicely and with care, had foam and plastic inserts to help keep its shape. The Chelsea type opening of the boot made it easy to slip on. Nice color and decent look! Con: definitely not made for wide feet, I’m usually a 10w so I looked at reviews and went a size up, but even then, the sides were very narrow. Also because of the upper size it looked way too clunky like I had clown shoes on. Another thing is the sole, it’s two separate pieces, you can actually see it and feel a hard line, probably glued at the seam. Makes me think that over time it might not hold up. Another thing is if you rock back on the heel, the middle sole closest to the shoe, will almost crumple in on itself it’s so soft, could throw you off balance and also makes me think with repeated use, it may permanently squish the heel. Also, a small thing but still a thing, the fuzz on the inside is very loose and will come off in chunks. My socks came out looking like a sad squirrel. For me, it’s a no, I will say I only took them out and tried them on once but for all these reasons the cons really out weigh it for me. I honestly don’t think it’s a value for what you pay and I question the quality a little. Read more
