Great looking shoe but not for big calves

This is a great looking ankle boot. I love the heel. I ordered my normal 8.5 and they fit true to size. I have large calves, so sadly these aren't for me. They don't choke around the leg but the front of my leg/shin gets cut into when my leg is straight bc the ankle part of the boot measures high on the leg. If you have a slightly larger calf but don't typically have to buy wide calf boots, I think you'll have enough space to be comfortable. My calf measurements are sometimes out of the range for certain boots labeled "wide calf," just for reference. My upper calf is 16.25 and the part where the boot lands is around 11.5. Read more

Good shoe, but got a used pair

This is at least the fourth product I've received in the last 2 weeks that was worn by someone else. And I don't just mean try it on. There is wear and tear on the bottom of these shoes. Now I put my foot in them and they were comfortable because I wanted to be able to write the review, but I'm not keeping shoes at someone else's worn. Especially if I paid full brand new price. But to stick to some of the things that people do like to hear and reviews the style is on point. Athlefit does a wonderful job in styling their shoes; I'm still very much a fan of them. The fit was good . They're not narrow and they're not wide but they did seem a little bit big. And the heel height was really right. Read more
