I'm fairly new to buying high quality olive oil but just purchased my second huge sized bottle of this kind! Love it. I use it primarily for vinaigrette dressings and it's truly a game changer. Hubby started taking a spoonful daily for health reasons, on the advice from a local when we visited Türkiye. He says it's easy to take, has no taste. I haven't cooked with it yet but will. Has everything you look for in olive oil: dark glass to protect it, cold press, organic EVOO, and tons of bona fides on the back label. Even claims Michelin rate chefs prefer it! I ended up watching this video saying how Moroccan olives contain much higher concentrations of healthy ingredients compared to olive oil's from other parts of the world including Italy. It says right on the bottle the awards it's one that it's certified organic etc. Out of curiosity I wanted to try Moroccan olive oil and this one had some great reviews. I will say this oil is very high quality and tastes wonderful! I've never seen anything packaged so well in bubble wrap, there was not a chance it could get damaged or broken and arrived quickly. I have tons of flavored Olive Oil's from a specialty oil store but it's nice to drizzle fresh tasting olive oil on things such as pasta, fresh potato salad with nothing but high quality olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs! Or for dipping bread with balsamic. It shows the expiration date as well. Very flavorful, I will be buying again! It's also a very nice bottle -this would make a nice gift.
