The original hub/adapter I ordered wouldn’t stay connected. My laptop (a brand new 2020 MacBook Air) kept scolding me for unplugging without ejecting properly. I left a negative review saying the hub was possibly defective. The company contacted me & sent me a new one &... it works perfectly! So, the issues with that first one were a fluke. Atolla really went above & beyond to acknowledge my complaint & make me happy. Their emails kept filtering into my junk folder so they attempted to contact me for weeks before I responded but they never gave up. Love this thing!! I plug all kinds of stuff into it and it's a power horse tbh. One little gripe is I always have to unplug and plug it back in anytime I close/turn off my laptop, because my mouse for some reason won't register. But it's easily fixed after replugging it back in. Otherwise it's an amazing value for the price. I definitely reccomend it. Read more
