No instruction on how the dvd player works in the manual clicked on costumer support web comes back dose not exists now I have a built in dvd tv that wont work and no technical help internet search revealed no phone numbers to call for support. Lightweight, low wattage, DVD fail

So disappointed. I think I received a returned unit. Cons: The DVD does not play. The DVD remote can only make the disc go in and out. Nothing plays. No cue from remote on screen monitor. No instructions in booklet or TV. The DC cord broke and fell apart the first time I used it. The screw in top is made of cheap plastic. I used another DC to DC cord to make it work. The screen has a small black mark on it, noticeable when viewing light backgrounds. The antenna will not screw into the base so I cannot use it at all. I believe the threading is messed up. The remote is super sensitive and there is a pointer that's super fast. Pros: The TV is so lightweight and picked up my wifi at home and played regular TV channels, I don't even have cable at my house. The TV uses very little power, 10-13volts. Can watch TV or movies at home without paid cable. Able to link up with my home wifi. Able to link up with my cell phone's hot spot. Able to link up with my Bluetooth speaker for a better sound. Nice picture and color. Okay sound and volume. No bass or treble control. Unfortunately, I will have to return it because the DVD does not work at all. Read more

The convenience of the DVD being incorporated into the TV is fabulous. The colors on the TV are kind of washed out, not as brilliant as my previous TV and the instructions that came with the TV are horrible...not clear, or easy to read at all. After having the TV for 2 weeks, I still haven't figured out some of the functions. Read more

Bought this tv for an enclosed trailer project. To late to send back unfortunately. Dvd function does not appear to be hooked up. No controls on the remote to operate the dvd. Picture is fine but other than that save your money! For $250 you can do a lot better. Read more
