Nice to be seen while riding my Harley. Very light-weight and very strong material. Kind of sheer but, I like that. It is so very much cooler than cotton shirts and will dry very quickly. I like wearing my short-sleeve "tail of the dragon" t-shirt over it for a "layered-look". It's a great shirt and I look forward to wearing it on my motorcycle ride around the U.S. this week. These do tend to run a size smaller than usual. I wear an XL and ended up ordering more at XXL and it was a better fit. Love he bright yellow for motorcycle riding under a short sleeve t-shirt. It catches to eye and helps drivers to see me instead of pulling out onto my path. However, I still get a tan underneath the shirt so, it's not completely protective from UV rays from the sun. I'm a railroad conductor in a switching operation, in the Central Valley area of CA. These are the shirts I wear when it's stupid hot. Anything over 90°, I make sure to have one of these on. I've worn these shirts in temps up to 115°F. Working in that heat SUCKS, but wearing a long sleeved light weight wicking shirt makes it suck a little less. I've found that these shirts actually keep me cooler than wearing a short sleeved shirt, as it keeps the sun off my arms, and the wicking action cools me. If it's between 75°F and 85°F I'll wear a cotton T-shirt over the top of one of these. I've used these shirts for a year now, and they've held up well. The weave is a little loose, which really helps with ventilation, but I've gotton a couple of small snags. I use these shirts in a hot, hard, dangerous environment, and they held up for one hot season, and are still going strong heading into a second one. The material doesn't feel good on the body but it is very strong. The sweat wicking material seems inferior to the waffle design I have on other shirts. It tends to cling to your body. I was going to return them but changed my mind. The cuffs are not stretchy so don't expect to pull the sleeve up on your forearm. In my case this is a good thing because I need sleeves to protect my skin when carrying or hugging limbs and logs. They are cheap and very durable so I do think its a good value. Read more
