Key issues - now resolved!
Updated: So recently made an order for this keyboard. However, I had an issue w/ a key functioning wrong. I'm Happy to update this again as of today. They had replaced my keyboard and I must say I'm very impressed. For starters, customer service was great! I Communication through Amazon done with great ease. Never had to wait long on a reply. Extremely prompt! As the keyboard goes, Being able to use the keyboard as is intended, the keyboard works great!. Nice build quality (solid)! Keys have a nice feel and ease of use extremely comfortable. Also custom lights are a huge plus. I can say that I'm very much happy with this product! Read more

El producto me llegó defectuoso por la tecla CTRL de la parte izquierda se accionaba pulsando pero la del ALT al tiempo de resto me gustó el teclado muy cómodo y práctico el uso no es un teclado pesado, creería que fue por la forma en que lo enviaron ya que la caja venía como en un estado regular, quizás si hubiera venido en una caja externa tapando ambos productos hubieran existido menos riesgos a que llegara el producto defectuoso, recomendación para el vendedor es que envíe el producto dentro de una caja y no en bolsas ya que teclado y mouse venían en su caja pero lo que estaba externo era una bolsa de Amazon, deberían mandar estos productos en caja externa adicional para protegerlos, una lástima no haber seguido con el teclado Read more

The media could not be loaded. This KB is amazing. It's good quality, it looks great, nice and bright, it feels sturdy. It fits perfectly on my home desktop.
