My teeth did whiten by several shades, but the results were a bit uneven in the areas where the teeth met the gums. I’m sure the results would’ve been better if I had gone to a professional and had custom trays made to fit my teeth. That being said, for a home system at this price point, I’d say it’s worth it. It was much easier to use than Crest white strips, which I found to be slimey and ineffective.
