honestly, go buy it rnn!! i’ve been struggling to find affordable shorts that is good quality and i’ve tried different brands but this is the only one that met all my needs. (specifically these influence shorts). it’s thick material, shapes your thighs and glutes, hugs your stomach but it’s also mid rise so it’s perfectly sitting on your lower stomach without making you feel suffocated. it’s squat proof and so comfortable. These shorts are absolutely amazing, I have bought the higher end gym wear like Darc Sport, defyne, Gymshark, and these shorts are literally the exact same quality and tbh look better than them. They’re squat proof, have great compression, they’re comfortable, and the colors are so cute. I will be literally buying every color they have. I ordered this with the matching bra and wore them to Bodypump yesterday evening. Overall, they are very comfortable, soft and not rigid. They did roll up a bit but all my shorts do regardless of cost/design. I got a small top and medium bottom and the size is fine, for reference I am 5'5", weigh about 132 and am smaller on the top then the bottom. The color is fantastic and the outfit was easy to work out in. My only concern is that the fabric on the shorts is a little see through and I was a bit paranoid in my class when I realized this. So, wear a thong underneath if you are concerned about the possibility of someone seeing your bits. Read more

I bought these shorts for the gym and they’ve become one of my favorites. Pros: • The material is thick enough that they’re totally squat-proof • Very flattering fit that hugs in the right places • Seamless waistband that doesn’t dig in • Stays in place during workouts—no constant pulling up Cons: • They run a little snug, so if you’re between sizes, consider sizing up • Not a ton of tummy control, if that’s what you’re looking for Overall, these shorts are perfect for weightlifting, cardio, or even lounging. I am not usually a big seamless fan- I typically prefer more brushed, seamed leggings. A lot of girls at my pilates studio have been wearing the DFYNE leggings recently and they look so good, plus I've had good luck with Aurola in the past so I figured I would give these dupes a try. Oh my GOD. I gasped when I put these on. The picture I included is of the shorts without me doing any kind of adjusting- they settle into the glutes SO effortlessly. You can definitely feel the scrunch a bit, but it does not look like a super obvious scrunch when worn and doesn't have any extra fabric bunching. When I pull these up in the back, the scrunch actually stays in place instead of slipping or shifting like some weaker scrunches do. The bottom hem is very stretchy and thick thigh friendly, and perhaps my favorite part is that the rise is not too high. A big problem I have with most seamless pieces is that they are SUPER high rise but also very compressive at the waistband, so when I bend over or sit they tend to just fold or roll, which is annoying to keep adjusting during a workout. These are a bit lower than most so they hit right at my natural waist and are much more comfortable. I am seriously so impressed by these. Bought these shorts after seeing reviews on Instagram so thought I’d give them a shot. The waistband could be more compressive, felt like there was a lot of fabric (and it felt loose) below the waistband which led to some bunching in the area - not ideal. The shorts do roll a lot so be mindful of that - if that bothers you. The leg bands were tight but the rest of the fit felt really loose. I did like the glute pockets, gave you a nice lift and shape. The shorts are sweat-proof, I sweat a lot and you couldn’t see any marks on these shorts unlike other gym brands. Overall, I liked the shorts and for the price, they did the job but I feel like the sizing was a little inconsistent. Read more
