I received my Clearbrook CB9 filters the day after I ordered them. Have to love Amazon. I’ve had my Big Berkey since 2020 when we found out that our town water was not nearly as good as we were lead to believe. Our town is still in the process of updating our water system, but the new filtration plant will not be in place until at least November. I loved my BB9 filters, but as we all know, they are no longer sold. So I was very happy to find the Clearbrook CB9 filters to replace my Berkey filters. According to the Clearbrook website, they manufactured the Black Berkey BB9 filters for over 2 decades. So draw your own conclusion, but I’m thinking these may be the same as the BB9 filters that I was getting before. This is my second set and I just had my water tested by a lab last week with my previous set, my filtered water tested well. All in all, happy customer. Read more

I purchased these filters to use with my water purifying system. I can not prime them because I do not have a faucet that fits the priming button. Either my faucet is too short or I have a high end large faucet that is too big for the priming button. Read more
