So far so good. Better than the military ones I've been using for 30 years. Because a little bar on those other ones tend to slide back over time and the belt stretches. In this case you put the belt on close the ratchet and it stays in place and you're not always readjusting your belt. It is definitely definitely worth the price. I will adjust my review in a few months God willing if there's any problems with the mechanism or any issues with the belt. So as of right now I'm extremely pleased as it fits in the range of the average of 1.25 to one and a half common size belt loops perfectly. And the best part they're even cheaper than the common ones that you buy at military stores and other stores. Even on this format. So I definitely recommend everybody buy one. I weigh more than the average person because I already have a big build. It's holding up to me it's definitely going to hold up for the average person all day.
