I’ve bought this product a couple of times now. Definitely put it in your cart or on a list to be alerted when it goes on sale. It is the best product I’ve found so far for what it provides: sunscreen, coverage, and easy application. Some of the products I’ve tried before have been cakey or the color doesn’t really blend. I use this as a layer over my regular sunscreen when I want a little extra protection and a polished look. The tint blends beautifully and evens out my skin without feeling heavy or cakey. I have fair skin and the Beige shade works perfectly for me. It gives a soft, natural finish and is easy to reapply during the day. I use only this in beige for foundation. It is kind of thick but surprisingly blends in to a light to medium skin tone. Best thing is it blocks sun damage with a 50 elf and covers many flaws. Read more

This took some experimenting but overall I like it. It’s basically a cream to powder mineral foundation compact that will give you some SPF and medium coverage of imperfections — if you try to go for full coverage it will look cakey and you’re better off applying it thinner and using concealer. You need to have exfoliated/moisturized/plump skin before applying because it will dry down to a matte finish and make ANY dry skin flakes obvious. It also does transfer to things like tissue and clothes, so it’s best followed with a little bit of a very fine setting powder. Because this doesn’t look good in a unilaterally thick layer on your face, it should really be used on top of another sunscreen to get adequate sun protection; I use it on top of the Avene liquid sunscreen, though it looks best when the sunscreen has a few minutes to sink in before applying this. I am several shades paler than the light shade of the compact, but its neutral color blends out nicely (less is more), so as long as I am careful not to overapply it just evens out my skin and gives me a little sun kissed glow. I have struggled with some melasma in the past year, and I find that this helps make it less noticeable without making it obvious I’m wearing makeup (which is not something I’ve been able to accomplish with my favorite tried and true concealers). This does not clog my pores at all and I feel like it lets my skin breathe much better than many products I’ve used in the past, though it is a mineral layer on your skin so it’s important to double wash your face at night and ensure you get it all off. I have tried to wash the applicator sponge but it’s too porous to really get clean, and I read on their website that the sponge isn’t really expected to be washed because the compact will only last for a month or two of daily use. The compact is good, albeit a bit bulky, but I wish they would offer a slightly nicer compact and simply sell refill pans and sponges… I intend to repurchase this, but given the environmental impact of the one-time use packaging and that the product transfers unless set with powder, I could still easily be swayed to try another product (especially once my melasma clears up some more). Yes, the tinted foundation part can be rubbed off a little if my sunglasses touch my nose or if I accidentally touch my face (and yes, my fingers pick up a bit of product). It’s also incredibly convenient: I just apply my sunscreen, then quickly swipe this on and my base makeup is done in seconds. When I first saw the beige shade, I worried it might be too dark for me. But once applied, it actually looks perfect—my skin looks so clean, even, and naturally radiant. And the fact that it’s SPF 50 mineral sunscreen is just perfection. Even after sweating under the sun, I can just blot with a tissue, and my makeup still looks fresh and flawless.
