Bought 7/9/2024, on 8/5/2025 it stopped working. Worked fine for 1 year. Highly suggest buying the warranty on this one to protect your investment, if not go with something else as its not wise spending $100+ per year on a counter microwave. Read more

When I first got my microwave, it worked very well, I bought it in August 2023, In Sept I went away for 3 months so the unit was not in use, however when I returned the unit worked fine, but in June 2024 it suddenly stopped working, I reached out to the company thru Amazon and received a trouble shooting video which did not help me. Honestly I hate writing reviews like this but I also hate purchasing items that fail to perform as they should.
