I would rate it a B- overall; it's perfectly sufficient, but nothing extraordinary. Just a typical, average pimple patch for a good price. At the expense of saving money versus competitors (e.g. Mighty Patch), these patches are a little more noticeable with a glossier appearance, more transparent, and more noticeable edges. They stick and work almost as well. If you don't have much to spend, though, then I recommend these patches.
