I’ve been using this product for years. I’ve always been an Aveda fan but I don’t repurchase everything. This has become a staple for me. I have fine, short hair and find that most conditioners weigh my hair down. If I find one that doesn’t, I still have to apply heat protection spray which weighs it down. While this isn’t marketed as a conditioner, I use it in place of conditioner and all stylers and heat protection. I will say it may not be good for coarse thick hair without conditioner first.
