I use this for my little kids when they have really dry skin or bad diaper rash. My daughter has really sensitive skin. She breaks out very easily and gets hives to the point where I've been asked if she has hand foot and mouth. But she never does. I started using these in conjunction with dove brand, eczema, lotion, and body wash for babies. And it seemed to really tame the inflammation that was occurring his rash on his belly. I’m not sure what triggered eczema on him if it was a food or a material. But all allergies do run on my side of the family. Which I also read could be something that provokes eczema.
