Aveeno Skin Relief Healing Ointment 72-Hour Skin Protectant with Triple Oat Shea Butter for Extra Dry Cracked Sensitive

I recently moved to the mountains from the beach and my knuckles started painfully cracking from the cold air. I tried regular Bath and Body Works lotions, body oil, Vaseline, and L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream. Nothing touched the rough cracking of my skin. I have used this for three days and my hands have significantly healed. The ointment feels like Vaseline at first until the product is absorbed by the skin. The absorbency takes a little while, so avoid touching things to prevent transfer, but once absorbed it is a GREAT product!! Definitely going to be my winter staple from now on! This is a little unusual for an Aveeno Skin Relief product. I'm a constant user of some of the other products in this line. Initially I wasn't sold on this new one because it's a little "sticky". (It held some fabric lint on my skin from clothing I was wearing.) But on my small test abrasion it seemed to work wonders on speeding up healing. I'm now using it on a large surgical incision, and, yes, it's healing rapidly. Not greasy; glycerin is more on the tacky, thick end of balms. This protects and seals just as described. I really like this ointment, it’s not as greasy as most. It’s just what i need for my legs during this dry winter season at night and has become a regular part of my nighttime routine this winter.
