My old frame broke, needed a replacement for the last like 4 months of my lease. I did take pictures of measurements as I couldn’t fine them when I was measuring for other items to go under neath lol, EASY to put together, my boyfriend and I got it done in under 20 minutes. Would probably take like 30-40 alone or less. Very sturdy. No missing parts, came with exactly what was needed. Slides a tiny bit but that’s cause my dog jumps on it, could be fixed w $5 slide things on amazon. I thought about the $80 foldable one but honestly unless you’re putting the frame away regularly or using it just for an air mattress save yourself $30 and get this. Other people talk about the gap between the middle legs and the floor, to be so for real it flattens out after sleeping on it don’t let that stop you. Read more
Seems sturdy. Easy to assemble by one person. Pads on the legs protect the floor. Doesn't slide on the wood floor and doesn't squeak, even when the 70 lb. dog jumps up onto the bed, and he takes a running start. I'm using a bunkie board for added mattress support. (I couldn't find a metal frame with wide slats close together.) This is high. The frame is 18 inches, plus my 12 inch mattress, plus topper. I can't just sit on the edge of the bed with feet on the floor. I bought it for the storage space beneath. A full size storage tote fits under and my king size quilt hangs down and conceals the area. This frame was super easy to assemble. Unfortunately, one of the legs was 2 inches shorter than the other 3, so currently my bed is slopping. Not too noticeable but still waiting to hear back from the company about a replacement part. Other than the slope, the frame fits my bed well. I purchased the 18inch high frame so I can store totes underneath and they slide under easy. I would recommend this to anyone needing a frame! Read more
It is a good frame and platform for a bed. Was easy to assemble and the headboard attached easily. The only problem I had with it was their quality control. One of the cross bars was unable to attach at one end. It hasn't affected the sturdiness or support of the mattresses. Thats why I gave three stars. Other than that I like the frame. Read more
I was trying to fix a problem with a bed that squeaked every time I moved. It was annoying and made the whole room feel cheap. I wanted something solid that did not need a box spring or extra parts. The goal was better sleep without noise. Putting this frame together was pretty straightforward. The steel feels strong and once it is set up it does not budge. I noticed right away there was no creaking or shaking. From a guy point of view it feels sturdy and built to last. There are a couple small downsides. The frame is heavy so moving it alone is not fun. The corners can be a toe hazard if you are not careful. Still the space underneath is great for storage bins. Overall it does exactly what I needed. The bed is quiet and feels stable every night. I like the extra room under the bed for stuff. It is not flashy but it gets the job done. Read more
