I usually wear a size 11 - 14 in women's jeans so I bought a size Large & they fit perfectly!! I love the way they feel & I definitely feel sexy in them!! Their "main feature" (crot*hless) does have fabric that kinda covers that area until you open your legs, then everything is exposed (front & back). If you're looking for underwear that has a soft & more laid back but really sexy feel to them that'll make your partner do a double take then I'd definitely recommend these!!
