I usually wear a size 11 - 14 in women's jeans so I bought a size Large & they fit perfectly!! I love the way they feel & I definitely feel sexy in them!! Their "main feature" (crot*hless) does have fabric that kinda covers that area until you open your legs, then everything is exposed (front & back). These panties are quite comfortable for the design. They're super cute and have held up well in the wash (surprisingly). One downside - I initially felt that in some areas, the sizing was a bit off.
