This skirt is really pretty and feminine. The lace fabric is delicate but not scratchy, and it’s super lightweight and stretchy, so it’s actually really comfortable. One thing to know though — it does ride up easily. Like if you sit down and then stand up, it tends to stick to itself, and you might accidentally flash someone if you’re not careful. Just something to be aware of. I didn’t notice shrinkage. There’s ruching in the front that I think is meant to help hide your stomach if that’s something you’re insecure about, but for me it kind of made me look bigger. I ended up turning the skirt around so the ruching is in the back, and honestly I liked that way better. I have hip dips and a flatter butt, and the ruching in the back helped balance things out a bit.
