A bit on the juvenile side
This skirt delivered what it promised. It’s a lacy, ruffled mini skirt. I feel like it’s a bit girlish in its design since it’s got an elastic waistband, too. This felt like something i would’ve put on for dance class or a party as a little girl. It’s definitely cute. And you could make this work depending on your occasion, but it’s geared towards the younger crowd. I can’t see a woman over 30 wearing this in a serious way. Still recommended if you’ve got an event in mind where this would be appropriate. But it’s likely not going to be a part of your regular rotation. Fit is true to size, plenty of stretch with this one. I don’t advise going down a size since it might be too short. Read more

The skirt itself is very cute and is as exactly described. To make the skirt shorter you have to pull it up higher on the torso therefore the length itself depends on how you wear the skirt. Overall regardless of how you wear it, it does come above the knees. The waist band has a stretchy application that allows for a seamless and secure fit. Read more
