Right out of the box, I found this bra intriguing. The texture is, shall we say, *interesting*. The fabric itself is a bit silky but the whole thing has a rubbery texture to it. Maybe like a heavy duty bathing suit? I dunno. Odd and a bit off putting at first. Still, I decided to give it a try. Seeing it had clasps and wasn’t a pullover made me feel a bit better. Noting the nice padding in the, erm, nipular area is a nice bonus, too. Then came the moment of truth. I adjusted the straps, fastened the clasps, slid it around, and pulled the straps to my shoulders and… Holy cleavage, Batman!!! I mean, whoa! As a 51 year old victim of gravity, I was no longer accustomed to seeing the mountains majesty laid out before me like this. A proper bra lifts and separates but this baby sings a different tune - mainly “Let’s Stay Together”. If I weren’t 51, I’d be tempted to go out on the town with my uplifting new friend and see how many free drinks I could get! And then there’s comfort! I had my doubts about the fabric when I first felt of it but they were for nothing. In fact, I find it more pleasant than the somewhat stiff and scratchy fabric I’m accustomed to in bras. As for bounce? Well, women of my age who are blessed in the chest are never free of bounce but this bra keeps it to a satisfactory minimum. No bruised knees or accidental wind pattern changes coming from over here. If you have boobs, you need this bra. If you don’t have boobs, what are you doing reading this, weirdo? ;) Read more

I believe this bra runs a bit large in both the band and the cup. I normally wear a 34D wireless bra, and occasionally a 34C if a bra runs large in the cup. Based on the sizing chart for this bra, I ordered a large, but I think a medium would fit better. The band is loose even on the tightest setting, the straps gap slightly in the chest and underarm area, and the cups are a bit big. However, the bra looks good under a fitted shirt, and the back didn’t ride up after hours of wear, so it’s not excessively large, it just feels looser than expected. This is a smooth, seamless, wire-free bra with no side boning and a soft, supportive fabric, clearly designed for comfort. It’s a full-coverage bra with wide sides, thick straps, and a wide three-hook back. There is a thin layer of removable padding in both cups. I would not call this a push up bra. A strap extender is also included, for anyone needing a larger band size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a snug band, I recommend sizing down. Deducting one star for sizing issue. Read more

This is a very comfortable bra. No underwire, silky soft, just the right amount of padding. It comes with a fastener extender, so feel free to order a size down if you're between sizes. The color is nicely neutral, though perhaps slightly lighter than what I would choose to wear with a more see-through shirt. It held up to a few weeks of wear well, but definitely started showing some signs after being washed. I always wash on delicate cycle, inside a mesh bag, and air dry. However, you can see some lumpiness develop in the padding and some bubbling in the fabric after the first wash (see my photo). I think this will stand a dozen washes maybe before it's unwearable. This is the first "jelly" bra I've tried. This bra holds the girls in really nicely, AND it doesn't show under my clothes. I also love how the straps don't slide off, and it has higher back and sides to me in. This has become my favorite bra, and now I need one in black. If you are still wearing underwire and want to try the new technology but don't want to break the bank, I'd highly recommend this bra. Read more
