Bought this to free up space on PS5 and thought we got enough space for lots of games, however didn't realize how much room GTA6 and Black Ops actually are, so should have bought more TAN. This external HDD is built like a tank and lightning fast with USB 3.0. Totally worth the purchase. The design is great because it has great ventilation so no worry about overheating, it has and on/off switch so you can remove the device safe and properly to avoid what I did. Solid connection. Now, if you avoid what I did, which was been hasty, not making enough room & had much around me and drop it this is proof enough that the way it’s made is for preventing this. I did bend the Type-C cable and want to get another one as back up just in case, since it can break and rarely disconnects only when moved. That mistake is why you get this item and take the built in precautions to remove this device. Read more

4hours to transfer 100GB!! Definitely takes longer than advertised to transfer data on PS5. Also unit has constant high pitched buzz while on. Most certainly NOT able to leave on while sleeping. Read more
