This external HDD is built like a tank and lightning fast with USB 3.0. Totally worth the purchase. The design is great because it has great ventilation so no worry about overheating, it has and on/off switch so you can remove the device safe and properly to avoid what I did. Solid connection. Now, if you avoid what I did, which was been hasty, not making enough room & had much around me and drop it this is proof enough that the way it’s made is for preventing this. I did bend the Type-C cable and want to get another one as back up just in case, since it can break and rarely disconnects only when moved. That mistake is why you get this item and take the built in precautions to remove this device. Read more
