This works great for ps4 it’s not the quickest but it definitely ain’t the slowest! And it frees up a lot on the ps4 I recommend this to anyone looking for good value nicely priced! The lights bright but we don’t play in the dark so it doesn’t bother anything!! Read more

Product failed and when I tried to file a warranty claim (advertised as 2 year warranty) all the website and contact information was incorrect. UPDATE: I reached customer service through Amazon and was sent a replacement. Lost all my data. Read more
The hard drive does not seem to work very well with the PlayStation five every time I turn off my PlayStation and turn it back on. It says the hard drive was not disconnected properly and needs to be repaired and I lose all my games that I put on it it’s formatted and everything I try to do through troubleshooting. Nothing seems to work. I am going to be sending this product back. It does not work. Read more

I use this product for nearly a year after which it stopped being recognised by my PS4. Tried troubleshooting as I didn’t want to lose progress on the games I had installed after much troubleshooting didn’t have a choice but the factory reset my PS4 and this is all progress.
