I ordered this hat for myself, and here are my thoughts: - The hat is exactly the color I ordered, the Turmeric being a nice deep camel brown. - The lining is made of a satin material, which is great for protecting your hair from the hat lines and frizz found after wearing a non lined hat. -It’s a nice, warm hat, and mostly comfortable to wear. My only issue with the hat is that while it’s the right size for a slouchy hat, it’s stiff enough to stand up on the top, and won’t fall relaxed on its own. Looking at the hat, I thought it'd be a great hat for my bike rides home in the low 60's, upper 50's. While, it does fulfill that role, it was much warmer than I anticipated, and I believe it will continue to be my hat well into the winter. It has a smaller profile than my fleece lined hats, but feels just as warm, which is good, as it fits under my bike helmet nicely. It also easily pulls down over my ears and stays there my entire ride home (something that I can't claim for many hats, as I have a larger head.) It's also soft and comfortable.
