It is my 3rd day using it, and I’m happy with my new exercise machine. Before, my inner thighs were sore, and I had knee pain. I'm 220 lbs, and this machine has helped the soreness go away. Love this vibration plate! I didn’t realize it had a blue tooth feature when I bought it. I probably would have skipped on that feature because I usually use the plate while I’m watching re runs of friends. It’s solid though and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something like this. The only negative I have is the pressure points on the plate itself.
