I think I'm the only person in my yoga classes who uses an eye pillow in savasana. The others don't know what they're missing. It's heavenly. The cool feel of the silky material and the relaxing and soothing scent of lavender are so wonderful after yoga. I haven't had to clean it yet. It doesn't have a removable cover (unless you cut the seams and then re-sewed it after cleaning...which seems like far too much work). I plan on just gently spot cleaning it when I think it needs it. Love love love this little eye pillow! Read more

I bought this pillow in an attempt to help me relax to help me fall asleep. It smells great and I like how soft the pillow encasing is. It's not to heavy on my eyes and is a nice weight. I have quit using it to help me fall alseep but will start using it for my yoga class. The instructions I got with the pillow say to keep it in the plastic bag it came in when not in use to help keep it smelling good. I have done that and the pillow smells the same as when I first opened it and it's been a few months. Read more

This eye pillow is amazing. I had had one similar years ago and had lost it in traveling. With severe migraines, I will take anything to give me comfort. The fabric feels cool to the touch and the lavender scent is just enough to be soothing not over powering. If there is one negative I wish it was a bit larger but it is sufficient and it is an eye pillow. I cannot say enough about this little piece of comfort. I am going to purchase more for my girlfriends. I do not think you will be disappointed!!!! Read more

This is the BEST eye pillow I have ever had. The texture of the silk, the aroma therapy of the Lavendar and the perfect weight of this pillow are the perfect combination for heavenly napping. This is the 3rd one I have purchased because my Husband loves it and I need to have one in each napping area!! Read more

I had my first yoga eye pillow experience at a studio and decided that I really needed one of these for home. For me, the fragrance is a ting but strong but please know that I am hyper sensitive to smells, way more than the average person, and I am still able to use it just fine since it’s a natural smell. I love that they included a heavy duty bag for freezing so you don’t trap that freezer burn smell in the pillow, and sticking this on a paper plate before microwaving keeps it from picking up smells or unseen residue as well. The only thing I’d love to see is an option with an elastic strap on one side - sometimes if I have a headache or if I want to go to sleep after my nightly meditation, I’d like to wear it as an eye mask when I roll to my side or position it in a weird spot on my head if I’m getting a migraine. It’s frustrating when it won’t stay in those situations, but that’s not what it’s designed for anyway! Just a request for the future. Read more

Possibly the best eye pillow I have ever found. It is very therapeutic and has helped my sinusitis better than any other I have used and I have used many in my life for this same problem. This pillow is so well balanced I don't have to worry about it slipping off my face every five minutes once I am asleep. I sleep with my head raised or in a recliner when I am nursing my sinuses so this balance and conformance to the face is important to me. It soothes the eyes and relieves the pain using a heavenly level of lavender oils that ease the mind and senses while not being overwhelming. The ability to use heat and cold with this little pillow is a great addition. I tend to heat it in the microwave more than I put it in the freezer (in a Ziploc freezer bag). I know it is an eye pillow but I have used it heated in the microwave on my back as well and it is great for lower back pain. I highly recommend this to anyone who has chronic headaches, sinusitis or lower back pain. Read more

This lavender eye patch has a nice, silky material, and a super nice, relaxing lavender scent. I like to heat it in the microwave for 18 seconds when I get a nasty migraine headache and put it over my eyes. It feels like a liitle bit of pampering when I want to shut the busy world out of mind for a few minutes. Read more

I wasn't sure if I'd use this much, let alone like having something heavy/cool over my eyes, but I love it! I work early mornings (4am) so I sometimes need help with falling asleep early. I purchased this because of it's claim to be soothing and it is! It instantly calms/soothes with the light pressure of it's weight and the gently lavender scent. It's also a bonus that is blocks out the light. It's worth trying. Read more
