The media could not be loaded. I got this eye mask particularly because i get really painful migraines occasionally and I’ve found temperature really helps for me. I already have one that you put in the freezer to apply coldness so I wanted to see if heat works well too—and I can confirm yes it does! This mask works great—the temperature settings are adjustable so it’s easy to find the temp that’s most comfortable for you. The material is so soft and blocks all light while the strap is easily adjustable yet still secure for max comfort while still staying in place. You even get an extra cover! I had no idea that it comes with two so that was a very pleasant surprise as I have sensitive eyes so I like to clean my masks frequently so while one of them is getting cleaned I can just slip the heat pack into the other cover. I LOVE this eye mask! It is super silky and pillowy soft. It has extra material around the nose part to block out light. It fits a little more snug than other eye masks, but in order to feel the warming effects, it has to be a little snug. The mask is so pillowy that the snug fit doesn’t bother me. The heat has three level options so you can choose what is most comfortable. I love the auto shut off because I can fall asleep and not worry about it being on all night. The warmth and the fit feel like an eye hug! So soothing to fall asleep with. I have tried a few heated eye masks. I have used the ones that you need to microwave and find them inconvenient, and do not like how their heat changes with time. I tried a plug-in heated mask and it did the job, but the connecting wires were inconvenient and a nuisance. Then I tried this cordless heated eye mask and have been very pleased. It gives me a consistent temperature, is comfortable to wear, and helps with my meibomian gland issues to keep my eyelids moist and clear. The unit holds its charge well and gives me 4 to 5 uses at the number 2 setting for 15 minutes and then I recharge it. So far it works well, but I really need another temperature setting (as I have found on another heated mask that provides 4 temperature settings) as the #1 setting is not warm enough and the #2 setting is too hot. I'm amazed at how this heated eye mask as changed my life. I no longer tell my husband to turn off the TV so I can sleep, I sleep while he has the lights on because my heated mask blocks all that light and gives me great comfort. I am sleeping much better now. It fits my face perfectly fine, no squeezing or marks on my face when I get up. It works very well, I have no issues so far and the quality is great, the thickness supports my face. I have not had a migraine since I bought it and my little headaches stopped lasting so long.
