This is a very comfortable thong with plenty of elastic, and minimal but effective coverage. The pouch in front is snug but flexible. It has room to stretch, but for those that usually have issues with fitting everything in comfortably, these too may be limiting. The front pocket is the area of the most fabric and it is quite thin and comfortable but not sheer. It does great at keeping everything in place making these an excellent undergarment for athletics. Your mobility is not at all restricted. It is also a great choice for every day wear for the same reasons, but also because it is so much less bulky and cooler than an alternative such as boxers. I just throw in the laundry with the rest of my clothes and I still have never had any problems with them deteriorating. I really like the material of these thongs. It feels similar to a sport fabric, and seems like it should be pretty durable. The stretch is good and the front space is definitely adequate, especially for underwear with minimal fabric. Wear a 30 pants, and went with size large.
