Since I have 3 athletes and coach a large track club, I need a lot of athletic tape for various purposes. This is a great option--lots of tape for not a huge price. It is almost as good as the more expensive, name-brand athletic tape. It is sticky enough that it won't come undone easily. The only thing it's a little tough sometimes to rip off. Buy a better tape if you need to wrap your ankles
Not good for wrapping ankles for sports. The tape has no stretch and manipulation and so does not form around a joint well. Do yourself a favor and buy a better tape. Barely usable for my purpose. I gave the whole case away. Read more
